| Previous Owners | RC Drabble listed as original owner on Swarbricks’ build list. Bought by Ray Treadgold during construction and fitted out by him over many years at home. Sold by Ray’s son Stuart to Graham Parry in 2013. Graham passed away in 2018 and the yacht was sold to Sarah Liddiard. |

The Yacht’s Story
The history of this yacht is unusual: Built by Swarbricks , Fremantle in 1980, the first owner then spent many years fitting her out to a very high standard. When sold in 2013 she had just been launched, so was in effect an almost new boat. Further improvements were made – new Yanmar engine in 2016, Lewmar electric anchor winch, Raymarine Dragonfly 5 chart plotter.

hi purchased Vastra sept 2013 in Busselton from ray’s son Stuart. Currently berthed Albany Marina and sailing well. Name of vessel on rego forms at present is Ray, still finishing off a few things off on her to sail her along and about the South Coast. She needs an anchor winch at present would be grateful of any suggestions on type for this vessel.
