RIGGING: Standing Rigging replaced 2011, Forestay Replaced 2011, Spiniker poles x 2.

SAILS: Mainsail & 138% Furling Genoa, 7.3 Polyester Dacron 2005.

OTHER SAILS: No 3 Jib (will fit on Furler track), Storm Jib, Tri Sail, Blooper, Cheater, Tall Boy, Spiniker no 1 Radial Head Spiniker no3 Radial Head, Sail bags for all listed above.

TOILET: Pump out Electric 2003

SALOON: Forward Diesel Tank 30 Litres, Aft Starboard Water Tank to Galley Pump, Fwd Port Water Tank to companion way sink midship, Aft port Water Tank to Galley Pump.

MOTOR: Arona Diesel 25 HP (Last Serviced September 2011).

Self Steering: Navik Wind vane (recently replaced?)

Batteries 2 x 12 volt replaced December 2011, Sail Covers, Winch covers Dodger canopy x 2 replaced 2011.

Mast Lowering Tackle included, Emergency rudder handle, Life Jackets, Anchors x 2, Flares, Epirb x 1, Dining Table for saloon Portable Dining Table for Cockpit attaches to binnacle, Canopy over cockpit extending from Dodger to aft, Misc. ropes, charts (all new 2010) WA Waters etc.. Mooring lines and boat hook, Fenders, Solar panel not fitted, Meths Stove, Safety Harness x 4 , Bosons Chair, Misc items pulleys and yacht hardware, books and manuals for engine, instruments, wind vane, winch handles.

Last anti-fouled and completed re-furbish inside out 2011. Registration 12 months expires 11/2011.

    • I don’t believe so, she has a very motivated seller and is available at a bargain price. She is a Mk 1 boat with double lowers and wheel steering, I believe well set up for cruising and in overall good condition (although I haven’t seen insider her personally). I think Lotus would e happy to send you more photos and info if you are interested.
