Members invited by Jess Watson to provide feedback on new marina services website

Hi all members and S&S 34 fans,

I’m working on a new marine services website – www.deckee.com – and seeking feedback from fellow sailors.

Deckee has been designed to provide boaties with an online directory of marine services and locations. Reviews and rankings from other boat owners help you find the best service, product or location. Deckee’s forums encourage boaties to share knowledge, while the advice blog provides expert information from fellow sailors and boaties.

Our goal is to make every boat owner’s life easier and help bring the fantastic word-of-mouth culture of sailing into the online community.

I’d greatly appreciate any advice on how the site can be improved. You can get in touch via the site or send us an email at hello@deckee.com. I’d be thrilled to hear from the S&S community!

Warm regards and happy sailing,
Jessica Watson

More adventures of Miss Cath

Miss Cath refitted,  back in the water and Cruising again.

Cruising has resumed after the yacht Miss Cath, owned by Carol & Phil Michelides, has undergone a refit and commenced a journey to the Sunshine Coast. Miss Cath is currently in Darwin until October/November 2015, when the trade winds normally allow some wind direction changes to get to Cape York and down the east coast.  Phil is actively looking for crew to join him on the next leg of his journey.
