The Yacht's Story
The yacht was cruised from the West coast to the East by Frank and Ros Holder.
Steve Asprey purchased Morning Gold from James McHardie in November 2007. Renamed as Ascension II, she was registered with MHYC. Steve undertook additional work including stripping back and recoating all underwater surfaces. She was purchased in Feb 2009 by John Ayliffe and taken to her new home on Kangaroo Island, South Australia.
